  1. Yes..  All he has to do is make it a policy...  He is the boss or owner...  But why would he want to do that?  Seems to me he has something to hide when you are off worki??????  mmmmm?

  3. yes.  Some establishments don't want the help hobnobbing with the guests or copping free drinks.

  4. Restaurants have the right to refuse service to anyone (including employees who return after their shift) and the ones who aren't there to patronize the establishment are loitering.. so yeah, technically you CAN bar them from returning, but what will that do for the employee's moral?
