Can running cause a miscarriage?

I'm 10 weeks pregnant and still feel pregnant. No bleeding or anything. I'm just curious. My last pregnancy ended in a missed miscarriage...so, still felt pregnant and no bleeding. So I'm nervous. Not fast running or jogging. Like, running across the street slowly...things like that.

  1. dont worry hun whoever told you thats lie is a foney cause well thats a good way to stay active and you will have a better labor that way!

  2. running does not cause you to miscarriage.

staying active and healthy is the best thing for your baby.

  3. I don't think so but talk to your doctor about your risks because each woman is different.

  4. no running will not cause a misscarriage unless you have a pre exsiting medical problem and your doctor advises agaist it. Power walking and jogging in early preg is great for you and baby!

  5. No, but you should talk to your doctor. It is perfectly fine to work out (running included) while preg., as long as you don't overdo it and you are not having a complicated pregnancy. Always check with your doctor before doing any kind of exercise while pregnant.
