i was looking at the other answers on here,but there are mixed reviews.
some are saying things like,"no,if you want to get a flat stomach,focus more on your core".
and some are saying that,"you'll lose muscle and get flabby too."
and some other stuff too.
i can't remember though.
so anyways,say if i were to run 5-6 days a week,for about 30-45 minutes,would i get a flat stomach,without losing muscle and getting all flabby?
also,on the days where i don't feel like running,woud i stil achieve it by doing ddr(workout mode) for about 30 min. and jumping rope for about 5?
