Question:

Can running get you a flat stomach?

i was looking at the other answers on here,but there are mixed reviews.

some are saying things like,"no,if you want to get a flat stomach,focus more on your core".

and some are saying that,"you'll lose muscle and get flabby too."

and some other stuff too.

i can't remember though.

so anyways,say if i were to run 5-6 days a week,for about 30-45 minutes,would i get a flat stomach,without losing muscle and getting all flabby?

also,on the days where i don't feel like running,woud i stil achieve it by doing ddr(workout mode) for about 30 min. and jumping rope for about 5?

    run daily above 3km

    early in the morning &

    do 100 yaps , tate some rest for 5 min &

    then do jumping rope 50 in a day with in 5-7 min

    eat normal in morning, flesh in lunch &minimun

    in dinner.

    Follow this  18 weeks

    you may get  4 pack

  4. Running yes, along with a proper diet and nutrition is probaly the ideal way to get a flat stomach the fastest way possible. You would actually gain muscle from running, some ab workouts are also good for improving your stomach and actually help your back as well.

  5. yes, you'd lose your stomach because you burn all the fat from there!! hope you get your flat stomach :]

Running will help you burn fat and increase your metabolism by building muscle.  However, you still need to tone your abs if you want them to be perfectly flat.  I find that bikram yoga does wonders, but if that's not your thing, try sucking your tummy in and holding it for 10 seconds whenever you think about it.  It does the same thing as doing crunches without the stress on your neck and back.
