  1. Sachin is a great player, and currently the best in the world, and so I am sure that he will be able to prove his worth as a batsman in any format of the game, be it T20, ODI or test. Everything can be conquered by skill, and undoubtedly, the Little Master has enough of that. But I don't know how far he will be able to prove himself as a captain, since Sachin was never a successful skipper.

  2. if he can come back from his injury then sure, he can make mumbai indians win, he can do it, we are just waiting for him to recover, and hes sure to make a big score.

    ^_^

  3. Sachin has a lot at stake. And even if he gets well may not like walking into a losing team. All his reputation is at stake. It is quite a dicey situation for him.

Being a good player, T20 may not mean anything to him. He can play anything. But the way VVS-Rahul-Sourav have performed, Sachin may have some reservations.

  4. i am sure he will be a great hit in the ipl..sad dat his injury made him miss all the matches till now... but he'll be playing tomorrow against delhi daredevils most probably...i'm sure he'll be great..

  5. no he can't because of his injury

  6. yes .............

    any doubt?

  7. Yes, Sachin is the best batsman ever, i'm hoping to the best knocks of Sachin in IPL!

  8. He is defenitely capable of making his mark when he starts playing.

  9. MAY BE NOT CAUSE HE IS AN INJURY NOW..SO HE WILL BE CAREFUL..BUT HE IS A GUD BATSMAN....HE CAN BE DANGEROUS..

  10. Obviously he can.

  11. There is no word such as "impossible" in Sachin's dictionary. He has proved everything in Tests, and ODI's. Therefore, he definately can play T20 and on his day he can destroy any bowling attacks in the world with utmost ease. He is still in his prime form ( the duck he scored against SA doesn't say he is out of form as he perviously score 91, and 117* in ODI's)  so he can still play.

  12. yes

  13. NINOONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONON...

  14. yeassss...............

he is goint the go all gunz blazing in T20............

this format is definitely going to suit him......

  15. y not, if hayden and hussey can do it, why sachin cant?

remember, he is still a explosive batsman.

  16. let's hope he can do that!

Hussy and Hayden has done it

but we cant forget the case of Ponting here. till now he's failure in t20's. might be 'coz he's unhappy about his low wages which made him unhappy after the auctions.

i m not saying that Sachin also will fail, but there's a chance since he don't like playing too much cross batted shots which is much essential in t20's and he does not play pull or hook shots these days which will help the bowlers as they 'll try to bowl short ball towards his body.

Aussies have shown it earlier that how to tackle him, when high run rate is required, by bowling on his chest!

let's hope Sachin will this problem!

  17. hi sachin is the god of cricket

he can triger at anypoint of time

  18. Yes, tendulkar is a great player and his aggressive batting style should suit T20 very well. I also think that his playing and captaincy of the mumbai indians on the field will help the team to win a match because he is such an iconic and inspirational player.

  19. Yes definitely, if he thinks so

  20. Among the Indian seniors he is the most suitable player for T20.

  21. Since the hype around Sachin's T20 is very high and also his team Mumbai Indians is in not a great shape, Sachin's IPL debut may not go the way he or his fans like.

But, his team badly need him. Already, there is a wave that the icon players are not worth their auction money. This will definitely play a big part in Sachin's mind. That will even pressurise him.

So, pressure will invite him to his IPL debut in many ways than one. As a result, he may not be able to beat the pressure as we had witnessed many in the past.

Still, he is a great player of the modern era.

  22. Of course he can!

He's a great batsmen and don'y forget how much he is worth JUST on marketing value alone. I'd say he's ALREADY earnt his match payments through marketing along.
