  2. I don't know about self-hypnosis as a cure for anything. I don't quite understand how you can do that.

    And I think that unless you're sweating because you're nervous or because of something that has linking into your mind it won't work.

    If you're sweating because you're hot from running or something, that's just your body doing it's job to cool you down.

    If it's impossible to deal with, it might be worth a try. But I wouldn't count on it to be a cure-all.

  3. Sweating is caused by your sympathetic nervous system, which also controls your fight or flight response. In other words, if you're in a situation where you are nervous and feel 'put on the spot,' so to speak, your body reacts by sweating. Trust me, I've been there a billion times in my life.
