I tell you why I ask this question:

Facts:

1-The International Laws prohibit building such settlements on occupied land.

2- It also prohibits moving occupier civilians into occupied territories.

3- Settlers are equipped with arms. So they are armed groups dressed as civilians.

Will your answers be in the form of : a YES or No? Please.

  1. YES!  If they are armed, they are legitimate targets for the Palestinian Freedom Fighters!  However if they are unarmed children etc, NO!

  2. Yes,if they are in the Palestinian Territories. They are illegal aliens and subject to immediate  deportation. If resistance to removal consists of violence it may be responded to with all due necessary force. Most are armed and dangerous. Their removal should be handled by the appropriate authorities, i.e. Palestinian police or militia.

  3. Dancer have you ever had the occasion to pull the trigger on another person?  If you had you might have the idea that the only legitimate target is the one threatening you.

These freedom fighters can't be too bright.  If they would turn in the weapons and look for jobs they would accomplish more for their own and their families good.

I really pray that some poor spiritually deprived person isn't motivated by your inhuman posturing to do something suicidal or harmful to someone else.

    Shame on you.

  4. UN resolution 242 states that Israel must leave occupied territories and that every state has a right to live in peace within secure and recognized boundaries free from threats or acts of force.

The "Palestinians" were offered a 2 state solution several times, they responded with violence every single time.

We've done our part in offering it to them, they rejected it.

When you reject something you have no right to ask for it again or claim that the other side does not want to give it to you.

These are our boundaries and we have a right to live in them in peace, if they do not show that they can be peaceful within their boundaries today, we are not stupid enough to think that they will be peaceful within other boundaries(well, at least some of us).

If they don't keep their part we have no obligation to keep ours.

    To answer your question.

    1. Gaza has no law and no order, we speak to them in the language they know.

Our little country is all we have and every piece of land they get puts us in more danger.

They don't do anything with this land anyways except for more gurila training and targeting more civilians further more into Israel.

They had a chance to prove themselves in 2005, they just proved once again that their word is worth nothing.

If it were up to me I would get the settlers out and keep that area a safe zone.

    2. Get over it, the only thing that is "occupied" is Gaza and WB.

They don't want land, they wanna kill the Jews, that's why they reject every single offer for a 2 state solution.

That is why they started war in 1967 and that is why we pushed them back.

What makes you think they wanna go back to 1967 borders?

If that's what they want then why did they attack it 1967?

When they behave we will leave Gaza and WB, right now we will settle wherever we like.

3.I'm not even gonna answer this one.

If your stupid enough that you don't know why they're armed nothing I say will transfer into your little brain.

The answer is NO but they target civilians anywhere, what's gonna stop them from targeting settlers and their "armed" babies?

  5. NO. Since nobody knows where the FINAL borders will lie under a PEACE Agreement, what one person calls "settlers" may in fact  be WITHIN THEIR OWN LEGITIMATE TERRITORY.

  6. No. Palestinians have a right to oppose the settlements. But there are many other forms of opposition that don't involve bloodshed – and some of them, if they're taken seriously and employed by a large group of people, are quite effective.

Even if the reasons seem just, it doesn't matter. Violence doesn't make any progress toward the overall cause. It doesn't stop the settlements, and it doesn't win any supporters over to the Palestinians' side. It's completely ineffective. There is no positive result.

  7. Hypothetically i would not hold it against a Palestinian who targets a Settlement or a Settler. They are fairgame, not that i support such action but i would not condeme a palestinian who chooses such a course of action.

  8. No.  Civilians should never be targeted.

  9. Yes; they are heavily armed, notoriously brutal and quite dangerous. Many say they are more dangerous than the IDF.  In any event, most are in the reserves anyway, and that makes them a legitimate target in itself under international law.

  10. you are the enemy and they are the enemy. here words do not kill; but there, an enemy who hold a gun may be shot, and bullets do kill.

  11. Well, let's say I go into a Restricted Access Military base where I am not legally allowed to be.  Who is responsible if I get hurt?  I don't condone violence, but why would you purposefully put yourself into a dangerous situation which you really  should not be into?

  12. No.

  13. you people are sick your telling me that the arabs have a right to murder and blow people up because he keeps a gun to protect him from those murdering arabs so i hope all you people who say they do have that right get shot up in drive by shootings because it was your fault you were in a place where there was going to be a drive by shooting

  14. Seeing as the settlers are willfully breaking established laws and causing deprivation and suffering, they're no longer innocent; they are criminals and should be treated as such. They are responsible for whatever happens to them.

Yes. I wouldn't condemn such an attack.

A deliberate attack on juveniles is unacceptable nonetheless. They may, however, get caught in the fire- that would be the Israelis' fault, not the attackers'.
