  1. Anything can cause a panic attack especially if one experiences anxiety. What you have sounds much like anxiety which can cause restlessness, tight feeling in chest and heads.

All sort of things can cause a panic attack.  I was in a plane crash with my family and caused the death of my brother.  Months later while walking on campus (i was in collage at the time) I would have panic attacks out of the blue and would end up in the infirmary with chest pains and hyperventilating.  Just relax.  One good piece of advice i received from another person who experienced them was that all you have to do is remember to breath.  Let go of everything else and just remember when it gets down to basics breathing is the only thing that matter everything else can be dealt with later.  They do make drugs if it's a consistent problem but most likely it will go away on it's own.
