Can shaymins in pokemon diamond/pearl actually fly?

Question

can shaymins accualy fly because on http://www.serebii.net/pokedex-dp/492.shtml it doesnt say in the TM/HM that it can actually use the HM fly or does it just have it and its not a move sorry if im been complecated hehe

The Shaymin in D/P can't fly, but in Platinum, Shaymin will be able to change forms into a Grass/Flying type.

Acutally,they can and can't!!! If you buy a action replay(EB games, and Wal-Mart is where you can get them!)you can get a code to teach pokemon any TM or HM!Other than that,Shaymin can't learn fly!But.......in Pokemon Platium, Shaymin gets a sky form and then,he can learn Fly!!!!!! It's original forme no but when Pokemon Platinum arrives, Shaymin's Sky Forme  will appear and will be able to fly. There's an item you can get in Platinum which changes Shaymin to the Sky Forme called a Glacidia's Flower. Shaymin is unique because it's 2 forms have different stats and abilities. Hope i helped.

Well, in Pokemon Platinum Version (coming soon) Shaymin will have a new form: the Sky Forme, in which it will be a flying type, so it is very possible for it to know how to use Fly in that game. Not in Diamond or Pearl, however.
