Yes, they can be used for that I have and i have never seen a website/shopping site that will not let u.

Yes. But they'll require you to enter a credit card too because they'll need something to charge if it goes over the gift cards amount, even if the gift card is more than enough they'll still need both.

If you are shopping from foot locker then the answer is YES . Else NO

Yes from everywhere I've ever bought with a gift card! Don't know if I've ever got anything from foot locker though!!
