  1. It would, but you would have hella lag, and probably the communication (video feed audio feed etc.) would be choppy. Better stick to IM'ing or something.

  4. It will work but will be very slow it does work through broadband using it all the time

  6. No it wont. Even with broadband the quality can be questionable. Don't even bother to try it.
