no because there mouths aren't big enough to eat fish they eat bugs and that kind of things just little bitty stuff.

Yes, they can. As long as it is alive, moving, and will fit in their mouths, they will eat it.

The bones will not cause any trouble- they will digest.

Fish are part of their normal diet in the wild.

No for the above reason a full grown one can but i still wouldnt as all the little bones can be harmful
