Can smegma make tip of p***s itch?

Well for the last few days the tip of my p***s has been itchy and then yesterday I pulled back the f******n and there was all this white stuff. I went on the internet and found out that it was probably smegma but then I thought if its itchy could it be herpes or somethin? Im only 14 and a virgin if it helps

If you're a virgin, there is little to no chance that you have genital herpes.

If you can retract your f******n, you need to pull it back and clean it with soap and water every day. It may take a while before all of the smegma is gone but afterward there should never be any visible if it is clean.
