The best cheap thing to smoke, that will get you really high is a big chunk of hair.

Cut a few clumps off, and roll em up- or save a bunch from your haircut.

Seriously- do it- you'll be cool.

And, if you REALLY want to get wasted, clip some toe-nails and put them in there in at random places.

That will give you more of an LSD high.

If you are really experienced- and I mean REALLY, someone getting high could grow up and realize that they are destroying their brain cells, and continuing to do drugs is ensuring that the rest of us will have the displeasure of supporting their useless waste of flesh azz.

Actually, despite what some say here, it seems to me quite possible that it can. Tea does afer all contain caffeine, a stimulant. And smoking is known to produce short intense highs because drugs are absorbed more rapidly when smoked than when ingested. So it's possible, if the caffeine survives combustion and is absorbed, that the smoker experiences a magnified caffeine high.

Only a person on drugs would ask that question. are you stupid, a druggie or both. tea does not contain T.H.C. which is what is in marijuana that gets you high, and you must be high to be asking such a foolish question.
