I need to come up a title for this science fair project

Okay here is the description/introduction thing:

Did you know that the yeast we use when we bake things is ALIVE? It is a microorganism. When yeast microbes feed on sugar they go through a process called fermentation. During fermentation the yeast produces a gas called carbon dioxide. In this experiment I used a bottle sealed by a latex balloon to hold the carbon dioxide that is produced as the yeast ferments.

I need to come up with somthing that's not COMPLETELY boring.

I'm open to any suggestions you have!
