Can some body guide me to become a french national by staying at PoNdychery.or at Yanam. Iam now at Hyderabad?

You can't get French nationality just by staying in Pondy or Yanam. May be you got some wrong information. If you really want to become a French nationality....One thing what you can do is ..... marry  a girl with French Nationality ( Race - Indian ) who is staying in Pondy or Yanam. After you get married, you will also become a French National through proper procedures.
