i want to attend a school that will teach me alot in web design or art, i live in sacramento, dont want it to be too expensive. personal experience

There are some pretty good schools online. Academy Art University in SF offers some courses.

What about looking into doing a transfer from Sac City to UCD? You can get automatic acceptance at the UC after completing your general ed stuff at city college. This makes it a lot cheaper in the long run (worked out for me), plus you can get your grades up without worrying about shelling out loads of money.
