  1. The best skill you can have while being interviewed is to "be yourself" and honestly answer the questions you are asked. Practice makes permanent - don't stress about interviews.

  2. The best way to improve your interview skills is practicing with a friend.  You can also check out books from the library on interview questions.  I've found this book helpful because it helps to guide you with what to say and what not to say.

  3. Questions that may be asked...

    1.  Why do you want to work for this company?

    2. What do you know about this company?  (Do some research)

    3. What do you plan do be doing in.....years time? (they are looking for people with vision)

    4. What skills can you offer us?

You could ask others (friends) who have been interviewed for other ideas.

Get to the interview place early, look around the streets where the company is situated.

By getting their early (10 - 15 minutes) gives you time to relax, visit the loo, chat to the receptionist to get a feel for the company.

Act natural, but not TOO relaxed.

Take along a copy of your CV and letter to remind yourself what you said. (It is too easy to be caught out with a little "white" lie. )

Don't "um " and "ah" too much, it shows indecisiveness.

But being prepared with the above questions, you will improve your chances.
