Can some help me? iam feeling sick in the morning and i no i am not pregnant?

i have been feeling sick for about a week or two and i no aim not pregnant because i take a test and it said i was not and aim feeling sick in my belly all the time well for about a week or 2 well any way i feel sick all day iam have hot flash and my belly hurts

Maybe it's just a flu, bug or even a touch of food poisoning?

I'd get it checked out to be sure.
