Can some one help me with rules of The scramble match?

Question

So let me get this straight lets say CM Punk retains and during the match kane got 2 pin falls does that mean even if he did not win the match at the end will he be recognized as a 2 time world heavighweight champion.

Cause that means that like nearly everyone is gonna become a world champion. That sucks because they didnt really win it.

Is that how it is. Because if it that sucks

Let's say it's like a Fatal Fourway, except it's 5 people, and noone wins the match until the 20minute time limit is over. You can Pin ANYONE you like.. but if you get the 3count, the belt is yours.. the belt can change hands ANYTIME during the match until the 20minute time limit's up. Last man that gets the pinfall is the WHC. And, it doesn't mean if they pin someone it counts as a reign.

WWE announced the following rules for the Unforgiven 5-man Scramble match on the WWE Fan Nation site: The match has a 20-minute time limit. The champion and a randomly selected challenger will start the match, with a new challenger entering the match every five minutes. If a Superstar scores a pinfall or submission on any other Superstar in the match, he is declared the "temporary" champion for match purposes (and is not officially recognized as champion in the title history). He holds that designation until another Superstar scores a subsequent pinfall or submission on any other Superstar.

no i dont think so because you cant be a 3 time champion in one match. i think whoever wins the match will just add another championship to themselves. and the losers will be the same.

yes exactly, WWE did this before at Wrestlemaina 2000 with the hardcore title, it was fifteen mintues long and there was several title changes in the match. It is a bad idea for the two top titles in WWE, I mean the WWE has already lost so much credibility with wrestling fans and this type of stuff is why. Anyway the match is twenty mintues long and whoever gets the final fall before the timer ends becomes the Champ. I agree it's a dumb idea, but at least Smackdown has actual good wrestlers in thier Scramble match

ok.  say during the 20 mins batista pins john cena.  that gives the belt automatically to batista.  but while batista has it say jbl pins cm punk.  jbl is the new champion.   u get what i'm saying?
