  1. if you are not sure just google your question and you will definitely get an answer, but i say 14 days starting with the first day of bleeding, that's what i have read on the internet and in books a thousand times.

  2. I believe it's 14 days from the START of your last period.

  3. Well a perfect cycle is 28 days long so you bleed for the first 7 and then 7 days later you ovulate and 14 days after this you get your next period.  This is not the way it works for most people so I would be really surpirsed if it does for you.  But dont worry all you need to do is work out how many days your cycle usually lasts for and then count 14 days back from the first day of your period in order to get an approx date of ovulation and try loads just before this date normally 3 days ish.

Good Luck on getting that BFP!!!!!!

  4. I posted a comment about an hour ago relating to this if you want to check it on my profile...Do not wait until 14 days, ovulation can occur before that. I am ovulating 11 days after my last period started. Try to check for the egg white like cm and I would start bd every other day as soon as your period ends for the next couple of weeks.

  5. You get your period about 14 days after you ovulate. You need to figure out your typical cycle length, figure out when you're due to get AF next, and then count back 14 days from that day. That should be your ovulation day.

Go to www.mymonthlycycles.com- you can enter in your dates and they will do all of the counting for you.

  6. I have read that it is 14 days before the start of your next period.

  7. Day 1 of your cycle is the day you start your period, so you start counting your days on the day you start your period.  Your cycle length is from the first day you start your period until the day you start your next period.  If you have a 28 day cycle, you *probably* ovulate around day 14.  If you are trying to conceive, start having intercourse every other day starting at day 10 of your cycle and continuing through day 18 of your cycle - then you will be covered if you ovulate a little earlier or later than you thought.  (If you are trying to avoid pregnancy, use protection.)  Good luck!

  8. Okay its 14 days from when you start your period. Your period is the first day of your cycle. So you count 14 days into your cycle. Remember its 14 days from the day you START, not finish. Good Luck

  9. the first day of your period

  10. you always count from the first day

  11. take the square root of 12, divide it by 6, multiply by the number of days since you have had s*x, divide that by 4.

  12. Should be 14 days from the start of your period. But if all else fails, try getting an ovulationg kit and kit yourself for a month then look back at the month and see what days your temp was a bit higher and so on. Lots of luck to you!!!!

  13. Fourteen days from the start of your period. For example, my LMP start date was 8/3/08. So I ovulated(if I'm average) around the 17th. Now I'm in my 2ww, and AF is due to show on 8/31/08.

    Good luck!

  14. No woman is the same. Some do ovulate the 14th day from the START of their period but not all.. if you are using this as your method to get pregnant it may take a while.

I recommend using ovulation tests that will show when your body really is getting ready to ovulate..

  15. the first day

  16. i think you will find that it is 14 days befor your next period start, depends really on the lengh of your cycle
