Can some one please help me with my camera?

I have a Mini Digital Video Camera- Canon Elura 65

and I'm trying to upload a video.

Each time I play the video though the camcorder there's a frozen screen of what was shown last time something was played, and there's no sound.

If anyone can help me with this trouble shoot, please get back to me.

try running a cleaning tape through the camera, you may have dirty heads.
