  1. If you have a free PCI-e slot on your board, you can upgrade. Check compatibility with the owners manual, or if that is dated, check the manufacturers website. And yes, you simply plug the new one in and it will work.


  2. Yes you can. It can be updated to a nVidia 7800 GS AGP. Its the highest AGP card you can get. If this is for a laptop then disregard.
