This is really German slang and the spelling is off too, so it's sort of hard to say. This is what I understand:

1) that's just great (nech could be a name or a strange was of saying not??)

2) get it awaaaaaaaay (away) aaah (scream) help! The picture can stay but take off the caption.

I agree with annie completely, apart from the "nech" part. "Nech" is slang for "nicht", and since it's at the end of the sentence, it's like the "isn't it" at the end of English sentences. So the first sentence means: "Well, that's just great, isn't it?".

And writing the vowels a thousand time is meant to represent the way people would speak it if they were really moved by something, either in a bad ("Iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiihhhhhhhhh! mach das weeeeeeeg!" = Bah, take that away!) or a good way ("Oooooh! Ist das süüüüüüüüüüüüß!" = "Oh, that's so cute!").

Actual translation by annie, though, is completely correct.
