ok whats a specific immune response and whats a non specific immune response

  1. Specific immune response is also called an adaptive response where an antibody or T cell response is developed in direct response to an antigen.

    Non specific response is an innate mechanism and it is activated by an antigen but does not develop antibody towards it. rather the innate response directs the adaptive response to a specific action.

    while non specific immune is a type that does any part of role in the body.

  4. Specific immune response is called "specific" because it's tailored to the threat.  For example, your body makes antibodies for a particular virus.  Afterwards, you will have lasting immunity to that virus.  

    The non-specific immune response is general and functions the same way for all threats.  Examples include leukocytes that can recognize a variety of invaders, as well as general responses such as fever and inflammation.
