Found the following on the web for what it's worth:

You need pandora's battery universal Unbricker V3 (Despertar v3)

to get back 3.71m33-2, then you need the (3.71 Recovery folder)

save on PSP/GAME/RECOVERY

so go to M33 Recoevery Menu (main menu)choice

Run program at /PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP

and press (X) to install and back to 1.50
