United Parcel Service ships every day providing you live in a area where there is a pick up scheduled everyday, call the UPS and see what the schedule is for your area, or better use the United States Post Office, They ship Everyday even on Sundays(for a fee,express) and they are located in all areas.

i am also waiting for my laptop which is supposed to come throught UPS...i's been nearly seven days...and now it has reached some place in Canada (i live in Canada)..they are good but kinda slow!

i am not sure what do u mean by "when"...because if u talk about these days...they didn't proceed at all because of new year holidays and christmas holidays..and during weekends..they just stop where they are lol!

UPS, FedEx, DHL... all parcel carriers, process the packages tendered to them by the shipper at the time the shipper gives them to either the driver, drop off location or service center. The packages then go through a sorting process which enables them to reach their destination. So basically, after the shipper gives the package to the carrier, it is 'shipped' until it reaches the destination.
