im 14 and i ride a 20.5" subrosa and im 5'0". im trying to learn 180s i ride left foot forward spin right. i can kinda do them on a quarter pipe but i can't air out. i can't do it on flat ground. im wondering if anybody has tips or what kind of muscles i could increase to do it with more ease. please help!!
