  1. Looks like some sort of Jag/MG or replica.

    And yea it's probably expensive.

  2. It looks like a replica Jaguar C or D type.

  3. I'd say a Jaguar D-type from the mid-to late 1950's, possibly a Lister-modified specialty.

You young posters, please don't call it "very old".  Some of us admired these as kids.

  4. IS IT NOT AN ABARTH BODIED JAG?  I THINK IT IS...

  5. It's a Jaguar

    It's probably very expensive

You're Av looks okay to me

  6. look like a jag

  7. it is definitly an old-school Jaguar Race car. it used to race in 24 hour enduros

  8. It looks like some weird variant of an MG or a jag ....deffinatly a track car as it has that fin behind where the driver sits!? hmm not sure

  9. It is a D-Type Jaguar, or at least a very good replica of one.  Replicas are available as "kit-cars", so you may not have to spend an utter fortune if you really want one!    Bear in mind it was for racing, with no roof on it or weather-gear!

  10. My guess is that it's a 'C' type Jaguar.  Used for racing in the fifties and early sixties.  It'll also cost you an arm and a leg if it's in good condition!

  11. I have just been on a website and typed the reg in for you and it is coming up as a jaguar replica.

I was just wondering why somebody has given me a thumbs down for giving you the correct answer ? Maybe they couldnt read properly !

  12. It is a 1954 thru 1957 Jaguar D-Type (XKD-509). About 2,000,000USD's.

  13. Idk, somekind of italian sportscar? It's hot though.

  14. It is a Jaguar D-Type replica. There are a number of companies in England and New Zealand that make them. And I want one.

  15. Yes, and Yes.  It's a Jaguar, I think type C, street-legal but built for professional racing.  My guess?  It's 40 years old and worth $60,000.

  16. According to the DVLA, it IS a Jaguar - engine size 2781cc, first registered 15th April 1964, year of manufacture unknown.

  17. That looks like one of the old racing Jaguars.  Yeah, it's expensive.  It was rare and expensive then, it's even rarer and expensiver now.

  18. It's a Jaguar D type

See http://www.designmuseum.org/design/jagua...  sixth pic down left hand side.

  19. it's a jag.

    made in europe,

and h**l yes it is expensive.

  20. This is a D Type Jaguar they won Le Mans several times in the 1950's if this is a genuine D Type it would cost you between One and Two Million Pounds at auction. If it is a replica it would cost between £25,000 & £150,000 Thousand depending on maker and spec.

My Grandfather owned the road going version called a Jaguar XKSS from 1959-1963 . Jaguar modified the few race cars they had left by removing the fin adding a boot full width windscreen proper seats and a hood, but a fire at their factory bought production to an end.

The D Type was followed in the early 1960's by the E Type.

  21. It is a very old Jaguar and yes, it is expensive.
