  1. yes

  2. I wouldn't think so after all three meals a day and digital tv plus full health care are holiday heaven.         The bad guys love it and its free i mean its free for the bad guys but the good guys and girls pay for it.        What a great world.

  3. No.. but they could always just do something stupid to go into prison..

  4. Yes, by declining to pay a fine. Or by calling the Judge a *****r.

  5. Two ways to answer this question.

    1) No, you can't walk up to a prison and ask to be admitted.

    2) Every person in prison made a choice that got them there.

  6. I am planning on doing just that for retirement. I have no other option than to beat up a postman, burn the mail, damage the mail cart so I can go to federal prison instead of hard time prison. I am getting older and I have health issues so that way I get free rent, cable, 3 meals and all my hospital bills covered

  7. Yes, by committing a crime.

  8. yes. many people have made a stand on their principles and chose to go to prison for it. muhammad Ali would have gon to prison by choice on his stand against being drafted into the US army over the Vietnam war, but the authorities chose to take his boxing licence off him. Every christmas some homeless people throw a brick thro a shop window to get a prison cell and a decent meal for xmas. i would go to prison by choice rather than say pay a fine for something i had not done. of course some criminals actually go to prison by choice because they are institutionlised and prefer prison rather than coping with society.

  9. No, but anyone willingly wanting to go should be housed in a mental health institute.

  10. It cost approximately $30,000 a year to house a prisoner. It would not be cost effective to take volunteers.

  11. Depends,

UK law, if some 1 broke the law, and lets just say they had fines, they can either pay the fines are asked to be sent to prison to do their time,

  12. They all do by committing the crime.
