can some1 possably edit a septum ring to my nose in this pic ive tryed im not skilled enough :( i you cann,,, can u make the septum ring look like this

it's not easy sometimes, also note that for better editing, images that are placed together are best to be same resolution, even with pixels 72 96 can lower clarity in difference,

if you have photoshop or paintshop-pro, those would be good to work with using layers and adjustments,
