Corals themselves are tiny animals which belong to the group cnidaria. Other cnidarians include hydras, jellyfish, and sea anemones. Corals are sessile animals, meaning they are not mobile but stay fixed in one place. They feed by reaching out with tentacles to catch prey such as small fish and planktonic animals.

Corals are anthozoans, the largest class of organisms within the phylum Cnidaria. Comprising over 6,000 known species, anthozoans also include sea fans, sea pansies and anemones. Stony corals (scleractinians) make up the largest order of anthozoans, and are the group primarily responsible for laying the foundations of, and building up, reef structures. For the most part, scleractinians are colonial organisms composed of hundreds to hundreds of thousands of individuals, called polyps.

  1. why not just write it yourself?

if you want it to look like you've written it, thats usually the easiest way

i think it basically just means tht corals belong to a group called cnidaria. other things that belong to the same group are jellyfish and stuff. corals stay fixed in one space and feed by using their tentacles to catch food such as fish and planktonic animals

there specific class is anthozoan. stony corals are the biggest sort

that sounds like a complete idiot wrote it, but now you should understand it. reword it yourself

  2. look on this site it will help you

    http://www.liveaquaria.com/general/gener...

you cant just let someone else write it the teacher might ask you a question on what you've written and you wouldnt have a clue what she was going on about x*x

  3. just do it urself its easy

  4. Here you go. So your teacher thinks you wrote it.

Corals are things in a group of something. Other hydras, peanut butter and jelly mmmmm....Oh yeah. And they don't move cause they are lazy, and just eat what passes by, like small babies and other stuff.

They are also antoshteszonas, a big something or other. Made of lots of animals like ceiling fans, those flower things, and sea enemies. They also build houses like Mexicans in my neighborhood, but they do it under water. Mostly they stick together like homies, like the gangs on my street. Man I really do want a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich now.

    The end.

You're bound to get an A. And the best part is your teacher will think you wrote it.

  5. just take it a sentence at a time & reword it - the odd simple word change is all thats needed.

You need to learn now how to re-word something you copy out of a book lol.

I've spent my whole time in education doing that (& passing lol)

  6. Corals are actually tiny living creatures.  They are related to creatures sucha jellyfish, hydras and sea anemones which all belong to a group known as cnidarians.  Corals are do not move around and are fixed tomone place.  These types of animals are called sessile animals and the feed by catching tiny prey such as plankton with their tentacles...... how am I doing?

  7. Write it ur self u lazy bum

  8. If your homework is to research coral, and you've specifically been told to put it into your own words not copy straight of wikipedia or wherever, you should do it yourself.

If there are some words you don't get then fine.

If you got it off wikipedia, there's often a language selection of "Simple English" (down the left hand side of the page) which will simplify it for you.

If you read through it, it actually does make sense: the long words (such as 'anthozoans') are technical words to do with the subject, and actually are explained.

It looks like a couple of horrible paragraphs, but it's not too terrible. Go through it sentence at a time.

  9. Do it the other way around so start off with -

the largest class of organisms within the phylum Cnidaria are corals which are anthozoans. anthozoans consits of 6000 known species there are the sea fans, sea pansies and anemones to name a few in this category.....

    Hope this helps. P.s
