Can somebody describe what HITT is?

A lot of people ask stuff about HITT, and I know it's some sort of exercise technique, but can somebody describe it to me in detail? Thanks a bunch in advance.

  1. Do you mean HIIT?

    High Intensity Interval Training?

    It's basically a method to train harder for a shorter time to gain the results of less intense more time.
