Can somebody explain how to use ubuntu

i downloaded the iso file so i guess i have to put it on cd, but i have been on the internet and i dont understand what they are talking about, please exlpain it step by step

  1. An ISO file is pretty much like a ZIP file, except it requires certain programs to take all the files from it and put in on to a CD.

    I recommend that you download MagicISO to do this for you: http://www.magiciso.com/

    If you don't want to burn it, you can request some CDs to be delivered to you for free from http://www.ubuntu.com/


  2. If you don't understand what THEY are talking about you may find Ubunto rather hard to get to grips with. It's not as easy as Windows

  3. You need to burn the ISO file to a cd, if you have Nero, you need to select Burn Image File, once you have finish burning pop the cd into your cdrom, go into your BIOS, make sure it check CDROM first when it boot/start exit and save your BIOS if you made any change, then Ubuntu should start up from your cd with a menu on what you want to do.
