Can somebody find me an example of a car killing/injuring kids by illegally passing a school bus?

No, but there seem to be a lot of injuries happen when cars LEGALLY overtake stopped schoolbusses.

They tend to be foreign students, and are just as often hit by the bus pulling away as by a car overtaking the bus.
