Can somebody find me software that burns discs at a speed of x1?

Question

Please don't tell me to get faster, I need it to be this slow for a reason. If not x1, please could you tell me software that does x4?

I've tried nero, alcohol, and the minimum they do is x8. Please help

Maybe you need a standalone hi fi style CD recorder. I am intrigued as to why you want the slowness.

windows media player

new version just says slow medium fast, etc. but the older versions had 1x, 4x, 8x, 16x, etc.
