Can somebody find me some free acting schools in chicago and a community theater that is in chicago pls help ?

i am 14 and i am into acting. instead of my mom wanting me to do other things while she leaves because im going to an online school. so i thought it would be a perfect time for me to straighten my skills and become a singer and an actor. pleeeaase help me.

Unless there's a high school for the performing arts within the Chicago public school system, there is no such thing as a "free" acting school. If there is a performing arts high school, you'll have to audition to get in, and its going to be pretty competitive.

Outside of the public school system, acting schools are either affiliated with a college or university and therefore charge tuition - or they're private, for-profit businesses and therefore also charge tuition.

As for local community theaters in Chicago -- do a Google search and see what comes up.
