Question:

Can somebody give me a complete, full-body basketball conditioning workout?

Weights, running, everything just tell me what to do. I'm trying to get in shape from basketball season, which begnis early November. I'm a center and I'm 5' 10'' and like 135 ish. I'm a girl.

  1. Run and condition a lot and maybe hit the weight room....but after you lift everytime go and take about 150-200 s***s because lifting will mess up your shot if you dont shoot afterwords

    Playing basket ball period is a FULL BODY workout. You want drills? dont you go to the team practices?...just do what you see and see what you do...and dont listen to the guy above me...s*x is a workout but will mess your game up from being weak in the knees...so hold that thought for when you win a game.
