Ok, so I am always the guy who never gets a good tan over the summer and is whiter than white. I don't want to let that happen this year so I need recomendations of what kind of sunscreen is the best that keeps you from getting burned and still lets you get a good tan.

  1. I suggest that you can use the following: Coppertone, Nutrogena, Banana Boat or Hawaiian Tropic, preferably SPF 30  to get a good tan and at the same time protect yourself from UVA/UVB rays that damages skin due to prolonged exposure.  Apply at least 30 mins before swimming for the skin absorb the lotion and reapply after 90 mins. because sweat, water and frequent use of towel can strip the lotion.

  2. it actually depends on what type of skin you have and if your skin is sensitive or not. however, if sunscreen does'nt work for you go to a professional and get a tan instead of getting burned in the sun.

  3. Start at spf 30-40 until you get a little tan. From there you should go to spf 15 (which allows more sun, meaning you will get tan quicker). By then if you're out long enough you will have a tan without being burned. If not, lower the spf or stop using sunscreen. I like Coppertone Sport.

  4. Eco cosmetics Suntan Cream LSF30 is very good suntan lotion, I use it alot when I go sunbathing
