Can somebody give me a tip on how to make a bridge of a song?

im making a song. my chord pattern is like C-F-G-Em-Am, etc.. its too predictable. i would like to make a bridge before going back to its chord pattern.. how would you do it? give me a tip. thnks

  1. awrite , i mostly build up my bridge from the second chord of the scale which in your case is dminor, and then depending on your song and your taste you can go anywhere and then get back to your chorous , but don't forget use the chords that build up tension before gettin back to your chorous. for example dminor-aminor - then -dminor-aminor-again then Cmajor-Gmajor-Cmajor-Fmajor-Bdim-Emajor is a great pattern to build up tension and release it by gettin back to your  chrous


  2. i would get a rhythm and just say whats on your mind in the same rhythm.
