can i use the normal pen ink to do such paintings?

Depends on the drawing/painting whether you can use a normal ink pen. For chinese/japanese style paintings you will need brushes and a lot of practice. First settle on the style which interests you, then look for instruction for this specific style.

there are no tutorials for such work. only you require  basic art knowledge which is essential. thereon just practice.. practice.. practice... look at any thing and sketch.....sketch. you have to fill at least 10 pages of sketch book every day. there is no dearth of subjects. they are all around you... every few yards
