Question:

Can somebody give me advice?

I'm 14 (almost 15) i'm 5'1 and i'm quite skinny, I tend to eat alot of food, but i usually skip breakfast because i wake up really late and theres not enough time, i spend alot of time on the computer and im very unfit

Do you guys have any suggestions, like what to eat for breakfast thats nutritious and easy to make? or exercises etc

  1. Try Special K Protein Meal Bar. Just grab one if you don't have time for a real breakfast. It's packed with protein and will get you full and keep you energized. The strawberry one is delicious. Make sure you get the Meal Bar, not the cereal bar.


  2. It really depends on how dedicated you will to change your body..You havent hit puberty yet or going to soon. So you will probably gain alot of height and maybe  weight.  However you should eat things with alot of protein in it. Eat red meats and greens for dinner. Try and eat alot of fruit. Always drink water over sodas and stuff.  I myself was in your situation but iam 6 foot 3 so its a little different.  Yet i just woke up early and would eat a bagel with cream cheese or cereal.  I never exercise but iam always active. Either with my atv and stuff or at work.  If you dont do sports or anything much during the day though i would suggest exercising by either hitting the gym or Pushups/situps. But to see results you need to keep up with it and be dedicated , not just give up the next week. Hope this helped .
