Can somebody help me, i dont really get it..?

Okay, so school starts on monday so its time I start on my summer reading project. But theres a request I dont really get, the paper says:

"You must create a title page for the four questions below, complete with the following information:Your name, the title of the book, the auther of the book, and a creative illustration depicting some events from the book."

What do they mean "a creative illustration depicting some events from the book"?

Can someone tell me what to do?
