Can somebody help me find a macro?

can somebody give me a macro so that i can write down for wat it has to do for a certain time.

ex:

keystroke d

delay sec 5

keystroke d.

something like that and when it should like pause or end

Is this in Excel ? If so then you can record the macro then have its source code for you.

Steps:

In Excel :

1.Recrod your macro :Click on Tools -> Macros -> Record New Macro and give it a name

2.Get source code : Again Click on Tools -> Macros

Choose the macro whose source code you wanna then click on the Edit button
