Can somebody help me get the email address of Japan Immigration Office in Japan?

I have been trying to search for it on the web but I could not find it. I hope someone here could help. Million Thanks!!!

As above , immigration office does not reply for questions from foreigner and even japanese.

You are very arrogant, I think.You need some japanese who can help you to apply some document or visa.If you do not mind ,I will help you.I will act for you.And it is very very difficult in japan to get visa.You need sponsor to get it .If you are interested in this, I will be your sponsor.

It won't be  useful or helpful because they don't accept foreign language to send letter and say no gurantee to reply for all inquiry.

In addition, the lines are all always too busy.

It seems as if they don't want to be annoyed by communication with anybody outside officially.
