Can somebody help me with Forum hosting?

I play a game called Travian and im just about to start an alliance, the best alliances have their own forums, but i cant seem to find a good free forum hosting site that you can change backgrounds/skins on easily

Thats about it really. Anything else you need to know just ask, as for the background, it looks needs to have mystique, look mysterious and perhaps old, i leave it up to you!

If you’re going to create a forum site at your own domain without any forced ads, you need a web host providing forum tools (phpbb or vbulletin).

One of these services is reachable at: http://bluehost-service.atspace.com . Their service is really great and easy to use.
