Can somebody make a blend or banner for me?

I'd like a blend/banner for my Friends Only posts on LiveJournal. My friend made this blend for me once:

But she doesn't have Photoshop anymore so she can't make this one. What I want is a 500x200 banner/blend that says "FRIENDS ONLY" somewhere on it. These are the pictures I would like plzthx:

If possible. You can crop the images if needed, obviously. Most of them have quite a lot of unneeded background.

You don't need Photoshop.  The following free graphics editor will do it for you:
