Can somebody make me an Action Replay code for Pokemon Pearl?

Question

I would like the code to be of a lvl 99 Shaymin, no nickname, caught in a cherish ball, holding a micle berry, and knows these TMs:

Seed Flare, Aromatherapy, Substitute, Energy Ball.

I want it to replace my 6TH pokemon in my party. And finally the Original Trainer to be THOMAS.
