Can somebody on here tell me why my p***s is like this?

ok i woke up this morning and i noticed that the skin on the head of my p***s was very sensitive its been like this all day. it feels kinda like its really dry. I'm circumcised and a virgin. im 18. please can somebody help me?

its nothing to worry about its just puberty being annoying. Your natural skin oils are just playing up. If your really worried try putting some moistriser on your shaft.
