This is an aptitude exam, much like the military version called ASVAB, that places you in a group of vocations that you will likely do well at based on how you answer a pre-set of questions in various topics.  The ASVAB usually breaks it down into categories, such as Electronics, General, Mechanical, and Administrative.  There are other categories depending on the specific exam, which encompass all types of work one could do in their lifetime as a career.  Good luck.
