Question:

Can somebody please give me some advice??

ok well for the past 1 & 1/2 i have been working really hard

and i lost 35 lbs, but then since school was out this summer i gained back like 10 lbs.

besides as i look back in my old photos i only lost the weight in my face!, what about the rest of my body?

& i am so sick of my diet plan

my sweet sixteen is coming up this spring & i really want to loose the weight.

could somebody give me a like a daily routine or some suggestions?

cause i don't know what to do anymore

  1. u shouldnt worry about ur weight because u r beautiful as u r.anyways,u must not have diets because it`ll only make u weak.eat wut u like but in moderate amounts.and dont eat too much junk foods.instead of junks,have fruits.fruits are far more nutritious than junks.if u are not satisfied with a simple fruit,make fruit salad and drissle honey on it to make it sweet.try hula hoops.when i went to fiji,i actually lost weight instead of gaining becoze the resort i stayed in had excercise routines each morning.try it out.oh,and beauty is only skin deep.which means its ur heart that counts,not your face or weight.


  2. You can scrap your diet plan if you're bored of it, but i'm afraid you will have to put some hard work in yourself. Rather than getting a lift to school, go for a walk, if you're going to a friends house, don't ask your parents for a lift - walk there. Crunches, sit ups and light jogging will also help you considerably. Don't worry about your diet so much, just stay away from sodas/fizzy pop and put in a bit of hard work yourself (obviously this doesn't mean you can go crazy on fatty foods, chocolates and other sweet stuff.) Just be sensible with what you eat during the day.  

  3. Ok, you probably can't lose all 35lbs from your face...but I know what you mean.  

    Are you exercising?  If not, then you need to start weight training and doing cardio.  Drink more water and change to 6 small balanced meals a day.  

    Next, relax and have fun...you're young...don't stress out about weight.
