ok well for the past 1 & 1/2 i have been working really hardand i lost 35 lbs, but then since school was out this summer i gained back like 10 lbs.besides as i look back in my old photos i only lost the weight in my face!, what about the rest of my body?& i am so sick of my diet planmy sweet sixteen is coming up this spring & i really want to loose the weight.could somebody give me a like a daily routine or some suggestions?cause i don't know what to do anymorethanks
